At NM Concepts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All original tags, labels, and accessories are intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products without original packaging or tags
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item, subject to availability. Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged item.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), NM Concepts will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
